Well I didn't use it for this website, but you might want to go to http://colourlovers.com and check out some of the neat designs they have.

OR theres another online program called kuler that you can add a starting color into and it gives a harmonious compliment for it.

Hope that helps (my friend is quite good at graphic design and he helps me w/ stuff like that)
